Here you will find useful information to help support your child in Y1 such as core subject knowledge organisers, handy hints for reading at home with Y1 expected academic standards for the end of Year 1 and weekly homework information. Detailed Curriculum outlines will also be uploaded each half-term, so you can see which aspects your child will be studying over the following term

Please remember the homework will be set on Wednesday each week. At home, the children should practise their 10 spelling words, phonic sounds or words, and solve a maths problem. The children should write their maths answers, spelling practice and any additional homework in their books.

Please use the empty pages to present the homework.

The spelling test will be on Monday.
